Safety at Live Ping™

Live Ping LLC (Kentucky) · Effective at public launch · Last updated July 23, 2026
Draft for review. Live Ping™ has not yet launched for real-money transactions. These policies describe how the platform is designed to operate and are undergoing attorney review; the final versions will be posted with an effective date before launch.

Live Ping™ connects strangers around real places, so safety is engineered into every step — for Buyers, for Pingers, and for the public.

Verified humans only

Before anyone transacts for real money, both sides pass government-ID plus liveness verification — no anonymous ordering, no anonymous capturing. Signups are screened against disposable-email and abuse lists, and devices are verified before a Pinger can accept work.

Every trip is tracked

Accepted jobs run with live GPS tracking. A Pinger's starting location stays private until the halfway point of the trip; the full track and timestamps are retained as an accountability record and as dispute evidence.

Proof, not promises

Captures happen only through the in-app geo-stamp camera — gallery uploads are rejected — and payment cannot be released until the geo-stamp is verified against the pinned location. Funds sit in escrow the whole time, so neither side can be cheated.

Public places only

The Acceptable-Use Policy is strict: places, not people. No surveilling individuals, no private residences tied to a named person, no trespass, and sensitive locations are geofenced. Requests are screened, and Pingers can decline any job, any time, with no penalty.

Tools in the moment

One-tap SOS, trusted-contact trip sharing, in-app reporting, and a Trust & Safety review ladder for anything flagged. Safety-related reports route ahead of ordinary support. These are aids, not guarantees — in an emergency, always call 911 first.

Media doesn't linger

Delivered media auto-deletes from our servers after 7 days, and disputed items are preserved only until the dispute resolves. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Report a concern

Anyone — user or not — can report a concern via the public reporting form or info@liveping.ai.
