Acceptable-Use Policy
Revision: 2026-07-24 — when this document changes, every user is asked to review and re-accept before continuing to use Live Ping™.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Violations can result in content removal and account termination.
People are not targets
Live Ping™ is for places, venues, objects, events, and conditions — never to surveil, follow, track, photograph, or record a specific identifiable person, and never a private residence tied to a named individual (no exes, coworkers, neighbors, "stakeouts"). Requests are screened; Pingers must decline and report anything that appears to target a person.
Prohibited requests and content
- Surveillance, stalking, harassment, or intimidation of any person.
- Capturing people where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy; voyeuristic content; any sexual or exploitative content.
- Anything involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, or endangering way — zero tolerance, reported as required by law.
- Trespass or entry onto private or restricted property without permission.
- Illegal activity, weapons or violence facilitation, drugs, or dangerous acts.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or violates publicity or privacy rights.
- Gathering data to dox, discriminate against, or harm a person or group.
- Circumventing Live Ping™'s fees, verification, or safety systems — including fake or automated accounts.
Sensitive locations
Schools, childcare facilities, shelters, medical clinics, places of worship (in a targeting context), and government-secure areas are geofenced or gated to review.
Legal compliance
Follow all local recording-consent, privacy, drone, and trespass laws. When in doubt, don't capture — Pingers may always decline, with no penalty.
Reporting
Use in-app reporting or the Report a concern form, or email info@liveping.ai. Emergencies: call 911 first.
