Draft for review. Live Ping™ has not yet launched for real-money transactions. These policies describe how the platform is designed to operate and are undergoing attorney review; the final versions will be posted with an effective date before launch.

Live Ping LLC ("Live Ping™") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Identity & verification data (when you go live for real money): government ID images, a liveness selfie, and verification results via our verification provider. Biometric data is sensitive and handled under applicable biometric-privacy laws.
Account data: name and email (that's all the demo asks for); for Pingers, payout details held by the payment processor.
Precise location data: GPS during active jobs (live tracking and geo-stamping) and geolocation metadata embedded in captured media. A Pinger's location is shared only while availability is on, and a Pinger's live position is revealed to a Buyer only from the halfway point of an accepted trip.
Media captured for a job; transaction data (offers, fees, ratings, disputes, timestamps, audit records); and standard device & usage data (we use Google Analytics for site analytics).

2. How we use it

To verify identity and age (18+), match Buyers with nearby Pingers, process payments, enable live tracking and safety tools, verify that captures meet the requested location and quality, prevent fraud and spam (including screening signups against abuse lists), comply with law, and operate and improve the Platform.

3. Media retention — 7-day auto-deletion

Delivered photos and videos are automatically deleted from our servers 7 days after delivery. Download what you want to keep. Media under an active dispute or legal hold is retained until the matter resolves.

4. Other retention

Non-media records — transaction history, aggregated marketplace metrics, safety and audit records, verification status — are retained as needed for legal, tax, safety, and legitimate business purposes, minimizing personally identifying detail.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers under contract (payments, identity verification, hosting, analytics); with your counterpart on a job (limited profile, verification badge, rating, and job-relevant location — never your home address); for safety and legal reasons (emergencies, valid legal process, protecting rights); and in a business transfer subject to this policy. We do not sell your personal data for advertising.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state or region (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR), you may access, correct, delete, or port your data and opt out of certain sharing. Contact info@liveping.ai.

7. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-data retention. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Children

The Platform is 18+ only; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
